SRAE has devised a simple pricing structure that accurately reflects the complexity and workload of any environment, while providing complete coverage for any environment.  What’s more, our Clients have complete visibility into everything we do and how much time we spend doing it. We provide the essential components of support for a fixed fee, and charge precise time worked for everything else.

For a plan-based fixed fee SRAE provides:

  • 7x24 Monitoring (5 x 12  for Bronze)
  • 7x24 Response from our Service Center for monitoring alerts (5 x 12  for Bronze)
  • 7x24 Access to our Service Center via web, email or phone  (5 x 12  for Bronze)
  • Unlimited number of hours from which to perform tasks such as responding to monitoring alerts and fulfilling requests logged in the ticketing system or called in to the Service Center

Additional hours can be added to any fixed-price plan base.

These hours can be used for:

  • Correcting problems detected by our monitoring
  • Working with Oracle Support on an  iTAR
  • Performing upgrades and patching
  • Performance tuning

SRAE provides scheduled and on-demand reports of time worked via our ticketing system, so you always know where you are and what we have been doing.
